Frequently asked questions about pricing

Some displays are indicative excl. VAT; actual VAT and invoices follow applicable rules and your account settings at checkout. Always check amounts in Stripe or on your receipt.

Yes — as the club grows or your needs change, you can typically choose a higher account type in account settings. The platform subscription can follow (e.g. via Stripe) depending on your setup.

The platform subscription renews automatically for the chosen period (monthly or annual). Cancellation is via admin or by contacting support and generally takes effect at the end of the paid period. See terms of service for details.

Creating a club account is free. You pay platform fees according to the account type you choose. There may be a trial period before the first charge — this is shown at signup. Member payments at your club are handled separately via Stripe.

You can create an account and get started on your own. If you need help migrating from another membership system or special setup, contact us. Support is via the channels listed in your account and terms of service.
